Hall
Upon crossing the threshold of the Museum, the visitors are welcomed by a spacious hall with a parade staircase, panelled in Art Nouveau mahogany wainscoting. To the right, there is a gas fireplace decorated with an ornament of plants and flowers, with a fitted-in ‘P’ monogram. It is a sort of the owner’s crest, which is repeated many times in the palace decor.
